Recharged Roofing is a lead-generation service that connects homeowners with independent roofing contractors. We are not a roofing company. All work is performed by licensed, independent contractors.

  • Analytics Partners: We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use our site (see Section 7).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. TCPA Consent

When you submit the consultation form on our website, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The consent language presented at the time of submission is:

"By clicking 'Get My Free Consultation', I consent to be contacted by Recharged Roofing and its roofing partners at the number provided, including via automated technology, autodialer, and/or pre-recorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

We record a timestamp, your IP address, and your user agent at the time of consent for compliance purposes.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

11. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that signals websites that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Our website currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common industry standard for this feature.
